Most of us have to sit, often for longer than we'd like. We'll explore sitting as a jumping off point for finding a balanced posture that is more comfortable,
fluid, and dynamic. Rather than a fixed place that you
hold, your posture is meant to be easy and adaptable, even
in activities that seem "still" like sitting.
Through carefully designed Awareness Through Movement® sequences you will learn about your current habits of sitting, what role these habits play in your comfort or discomfort, and explore, from the inside out, ways of using your
body's natural design for sitting and moving with greater ease and enjoyment

About Jessica Newman
Jessica Newman has studied the Feldenkrais Method for six years and is a Guild-Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. Prior to becoming a practitioner, she studied voice and holds a BM in vocal performance.
