Prenatal Class at Yoga Now
Prenatal practice focuses on asana (poses), breathing, and meditation techniques to support the experience of pregnancy and childbirth. This class is appropriate for all levels and stages of pregnancy. Women in good physical condition with experience in yoga are also invited to take any other Yoga Now class that fits their schedule with the exception of heated classes. Please advise your instructor of any special conditions or needs you may have so she can provide appropriate modifications.
